Red Chile Beef Tamales by Tucson Tamale are the iconic tamale of Tucson. The tamales are handmade with masa made from non-GMO white corn and mixed with Mild Red Chile. The Beef is also simmered in a mild red chile sauce. The tamales are wrapped ina traditional corn husk and include a green olive. Lovingly referred to as the Christmas tamale in the Southwest. Fully Cooked. Gluten Free. Frozen for Freshness.
