Orders are shipped on Tuesdays & Thursdays (Holidays may affect this schedule)
We ship via FedEx to the address provided. Please ensure you will be home for the delivery of frozen products, any loss or thawing of product due to customer not being home at time of delivery will not be refunded. Any delay in shipping should be followed up with the carrier.
